As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

Be the first point of contact for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, and grow a portfolio of clients using your sales expertise
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in their journey to adopt advanced cloud technologies
Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that meet small and medium-sized business needs through our client’s leading cloud solutions
Maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
Collect customer feedback and relay it to the business — the “Voice of the Customer”

REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications

You’re a great match if you:

Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish/Dutch and fluent in English
Have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success, or relevant experience in sales account or customer management
Are confident using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

It would be a plus if you:

Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions
Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps
