We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist hoteliers and suppliers using our hotel supplier platform. You'll provide technical support for platform-related issues, help with product orders, manage product listings, and guide urgent requests from hoteliers, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone and email to hoteliers and suppliers.
  • Assist with platform access, product orders, and managing product listings.
  • Help suppliers update prices and add new products.
  • Advise hoteliers on finding suppliers for urgent product needs.
  • Verify order statuses, escalating delivery issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Near native level of French.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Ability to handle platform-related technical issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
