In this role, you will connect with clients to understand their goals, offer impactful advertising strategies, and drive successful campaigns. 

What will you do?
  • Collect and share client feedback to improve services
  • Develop account strategies aligned with client/business goals
  • Manage client issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Build strong client and internal relationships
  • Research client goals and market trends
  • Identify growth and optimization opportunities
  • Present tailored advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Stay informed about digital advertising trends and tools
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Share client insights and campaign results
  • Achieve revenue and performance targets
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma required
  • Fluent in French and good level of English
  • 2+ years in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and meet sales targets
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics 365) preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Organized, goal-driven, and able to multitask
