What will you do?

Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness

Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high quality standards

Candidate profile

Fluent in French and English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken

Experience working with CRM systems or claims management software

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Salary for the Claim Specialist role: approximately EUR 1,800 gross per month
