What will you do?
-Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness
-Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
-Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
-Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high quality standards

Candidate profile
-Fluent in French and English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
-Experience required in Finance related positions!
-Experience working with CRM systems or claims management software
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Salary for the Claim Specialist role: approximately EUR 1,800 gross total per month
