What you'll do
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and support systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and restore services efficiently
- Register, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels
- Keep users updated on the progress of their cases
- Document incidents accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Work closely with internal product and technical teams
- Contribute to improving the overall user experience through efficient IT support
- What we're looking for
- Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in technology and problem-solving
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Good understanding of IT products and services is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or technical support is beneficial but not essential
- Business-level Czech is a plus, but not required
