Customer Service Representative with French Language and English

What our client offer 

• Office-based at our fantastic centre located between Bournemouth and Poole.
• Permanent Contract of Employment
• Salary: £22,666.98 per annum and an opportunity to earn an additional £1066.67 annual performance-based bonus.
• £500 joining bonus as a thank-you for joining the company !
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week - Shift scheduled between 8:00 and 20:15 Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 weekends worked from 8:45 - 17:15.
• Full training – you just to be tech savvy and our trainers will do the rest!

During your working day you will;

• Provide Inbound customer service in French via Phone, Chat and Email around Android apps and hardware, mobile/desktop, payments, cloud storage, accounts, and other end user issues.
• Work on our clients’ modern systems, databases and applications with access to exciting new technology from this leading global technology brand.
• You will have continuous support from our teams of Expert Agents dedicated to help you at any point during your working day.
