Ready to take your French skills abroad and start an international career?
We’re looking for French speakers to join a Technical Support team in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal, supporting users of one of the world’s leading technology platforms.
No previous technical support experience? No problem — previous customer service or technical experience is an advantage, but not required.
Your role
* Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat and email
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Manage cases and update ticketing systems
* Handle escalations and ensure a positive customer experience
* Work within an international, multicultural team

* Native/C2 French
* Fluent English
