French VIP Account Manager - Gaming industry to Malta

My client is a Company related to the Gaming Industry and is searching for a VIP Account Manager for one project of one of its clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage French VIP accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain strong relationships.
• Address VIP client inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Provide personalized support and tailored solutions to meet individual needs.
• Anticipate VIP client needs and suggest enhancements for their experience.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
• At least 1-3 years of sales and support experience while providing quality customer service.
• Need to already live in Malta
• To be entitled to this offer you need to be EU citizen of have a valid VISA to Malta
•  Experience in the online gaming sector is a must
•  Mother tongue: French / English: B1 minimum.
•  Excellent writing skills in French.
•  Ability to multi-task, manage own workload, meet goals and deadlines
• 1-3 years of sales experience coupled with top-notch customer service skills.
