As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who has:
- Proficiency in French (oral and written) and advanced English (B2+ level).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for solving problems.
- A passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Experience with website builders or content management systems (preferred, but not required).
