As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who has:

  • Proficiency in French (oral and written) and advanced English (B2+ level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for solving problems.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Experience with website builders or content management systems (preferred, but not required).
