
DESCRIPTION
As a Collections Specialist, your daily tasks will include the following:
- Making phone calls and sending emails to customers with overdue payments
- Negotiating with and motivating customers to settle their debts
- Interviewing customers to understand reasons for payment delays
- Constantly monitoring payment agreements and keeping them up to date
- Finding and updating debtor data (skip tracing)
- Recording collection activities in computer programs
- Handling other tasks assigned by your line manager
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak German at a native level, and English at a B2 level.
- Experience in Collection is a plus, but a background in customer service is also welcome
- You have a basic level of computer literacy and can handle various software tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse customers. You're confident, driven, and results-oriented.
- You are compassionate and into problem-solving, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and you have strong negotiation skills.
