As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, helping to identify needs, generate interest, and create long-term business opportunities.
Your Role
- Proactively contact potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads by understanding customer needs and purchase readiness
- Conduct targeted research on SMEs to identify decision-makers, company profiles, and solution fit
- Communicate value propositions clearly and tailor messaging to small business needs
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound acquisition and win-back campaigns
- Independently close smaller sales opportunities and hand over qualified leads when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
