DESCRIPTION
The job - We do hire for agents(voice and none voice), Trainer, Quality Analyst and teamleader
You will combine your skills, passion, customer-focused, and positive mindset to elevate service delivery and contribute to the overall success in the company.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Assist customers of an e-commerce platform using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails and chat)
- Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
- Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide professional customer support
- Collaborate with other agents or teams in case of more complex cases
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak and write German at a B2 or C1 level and you can communicate in English (B1).
- Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.
- You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
