DESCRIPTION
Limassol, Cyprus (On-site work, not remote)
Assisting clients in their experience while using our partners platforms.
You will assist clients in the iGaming industry, handling inquiries primarily via live chat (three chats at a time) and email.
REQUIREMENTS
Work Hours & Shifts
Customer Support operates 24/7 with rotating shifts:
4 days work (08:00–16:00), 2 days off
4 days work (16:00–00:00), 2 days off
4 days work (00:00–08:00), 2 days off
Shifts rotate between 09:00 and 02:00, with 8-hour shifts
Flexible break options during an 8-hour shift:
3 × 10-minute breaks + 30 minutes
2 × 30-minute breaks
1 × 60-minute break
Breaks coordinated with the team leader
OFFER
Monthly salary: €1,500
Accommodation assistance of 300 so total of 1,800 euro per month.
A Bonus Up to €250 based on customer satisfaction and activity level.
Tax: No tax if annual earnings are below €19,500 in Cyprus
4 weeks of paid theoretical training + 4 weeks of practical training
Training test required for progression
