DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be part of a growing team? An interesting and varied job awaits you in our Customer Service Centre in Barcelona. This is where we receive calls for help from members and customers when they travel abroad.

 

Your main duties will be:

  • Answering incoming calls, taking data, advising and informing members and clients.
  • Make outbound contacts to mediate or organise, if necessary, medical assistance (contacts with hospitals/doctors, providers, etc.).
  • Support and assist in the medical cost containment process.
  • Back office activities.
  • Participate in the achievement of operational targets (KPI, productivity, quality management, etc.).
  • Support in case of internal projects.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Mandatory: Native or fluent in German
  • Highly valuable if you are native or fluent in Spanish, Greek or Italian
  • You are willing to work flexible shifts (holidays, weekends...).
  • You enjoy contact with people, have great communication skills and empathy.
  • Experience in similar positions or in Customer Service.
OFFER
  • Permanent contract with the company.
  • Full time (39h/week in rotating shifts between 7h and 23h from Monday to Sunday).
  • Starting salary 22.500 € gross/year.
