We are hiring German Customer Service for an exciting project based in Lisbon.
???? What you'll do:
???? Provide high-quality telephone support to customers in German (English is a strong plus);
???? Assist current and potential clients with information about our products and services;
???? Handle customer requests in our systems: tariff adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.;
???? Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
REQUIREMENTS
????️ Fluency in German (minimum level C1);
???????? English proficiency is a strong asset;
???? Genuine interest in telecommunications products and services;
????️ Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical systems and devices;
???? Availability for flexible shifts (Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 21:00);
???? Availability to work in person in Lisbon - Roma Areeiro;
???? Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented profile.
