Now is your chance! We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Alicante.
Training start date: October 20, 2025
What we offer:
Salary: €1,825.21 gross per month (based on full-time)
Contract: Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
Working hours: Choice of 39, 36, 34, or 32 hours per week
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 23:00
Note: These are the official project hours. Candidates must be fully available during this time range, as shifts are scheduled accordingly. Preferred shifts may be requested but are subject to approval by team leaders.
Training: Paid full-time training – 2 weeks in-office classroom training, followed by 2 weeks on-the-job training
Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Workplace: Secure and friendly office environment in Alicante (100% on-site, no remote option)

Your role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by phone with questions related to online services.
There is no sales element to this role – you will focus entirely on providing professional and friendly customer support.
No previous experience in customer service? No problem! You will receive a paid, 2-week full-time training, gaining valuable skills that will support your future career.
