DESCRIPTION
Are you fluent in German and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our team in Warsaw!

???? This role would require relocation to Warsaw, Poland, since this is a full-time on-site position.

???? Please note that this is a shift-based role that requires flexibility for the Day/Late/Night shifts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
