Job Title: German Social Media Moderator
Salary: Competitive market rate (including performance bonus, healthcare, full training and more)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Work Model: 100% WFO, Monday- Friday (flexible starting times between 7am-9am)

Abrivia are seeking fluent a German Social Media Moderator who would be interested in working on behalf of our client who specialise in internet based searching and digital platforms based in Lisbon. The ideal candidate would be a fluent German speaker who is eager to join a multinational team who are creating and improving digital content and assisting the team in using your knowledge to analyse and verify platform content information to ensure it doesn’t break internal policies. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest AI technology in the IT sector. This project is classified as low sensitivity e.g no graphic content.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the evaluation of online social media and advertising content
- Conduct research into the latest social media patterns and producing results.
- Liaise with the client to solve complex escalations within agreed deadlines.
- Use internal systems to create case numbers and tracking progress.
- Detect and assess sensitive content to ensure meets regulations of company policies and procedures
- Work with the client on process and product improvement based on your findings
- Visually review and maintain a high level of attention to detail to deliver optimal results
- Work towards company and client targets and SLA’s
- Balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs
- Bring a proactive approach to team meetings and ensure the promotion of best practice and knowledge sharing

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English both written and verbal
- Experience navigating social media and commercial websites
- An ongoing knowledge of current news in relation to the media
- Comfortable with reviewing explicit material occasionally
- Ability to work alongside a team and support others within their tasks.
- Intermediate IT skills with a passion for developing an understanding of new tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands
- Can remain positive during challenging assignments
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Interest in AI emerging technologies
