German Speaking Business Developer Representative

Barcelona, Spain

Salary: 25,440 euros gross per year plus up to 6,360 euros in bonus

Permanent, Hybrid

Schedule: Full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Overview

We are looking for a German speaking Business Developer Representative to identify strong sales opportunities, qualify leads, and drive new business through outbound campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for prospects across EMEA, building interest, spotting needs and guiding them toward the right sales path. This is a phone based role focused on outreach, conversion and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet quarterly SQO targets and daily activity goals.
  • Manage and nurture an assigned account portfolio.
  • Educate prospects on available solutions.
  • Make outbound calls and emails, often cold, to C-level contacts.
  • Build fast rapport, understand pain points and match needs to cloud solutions.
  • Gather requirements and position value for the next step in the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate lead, account and opportunity data in the CRM.
  • Document every customer interaction in detail for full clarity across teams.
  • Work toward both individual and team performance indicators.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • C2 German and fluent English.
  • Some outbound sales, B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in IT.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link needs to solutions.
  • Confident communication and professional presence.
  • Comfortable working to quota in a phone heavy environment.
  • Solid general IT and computer navigation skills.

Desirable Skills

  • At least one year of outbound IT prospecting experience.
  • Proven success in cold calling and handling large account lists.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to identify key decision makers quickly.
