Location:  Greece work from home

Role: German speaking Client Advisor - WFH

Salary package: 1,200€ gross per month (paid 14x a year)

Working Hrs:  40 hrs per week rotational between Mon- Sun 8:00-23:00

Overview of the company

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting German speaking Client Advisor for their work from home operation, meaning this role can be done from anywhere in Greece.

The role

As a Client Advisor you will represent a global leader in technology that specializes in e-commerce, cloud services, digital entertainment, and artificial intelligence. This online-driven business offers a wide range of products either directly or by connecting third-party sellers with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls and live chat from customers
  • Understand and respond to customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Develop trust and maintain positive customer relationships through clear and engaging communication
  • Deliver accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and procedures
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call volume goals
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer files and account updates
  • Follow internal communication guidelines and operational protocols

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can work well independently
  • Have good internet connection
