German speaking Content Moderator

Location: Porto, Portugal

Role: German speaking Content Moderator

Salary: salary package 1558 euro gross p/m (this does include monthly Christmas and and holiday bonus and also includes a Euro 450 gross p/m fixed language bonus) plus net per working day 7.63 Euro food voucher p/m

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday - Sunday

Relocation Package: flight reimbursement of up to 400 EUR after 6 months in service plus room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills (deducted from your salary)

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - serving more than 2,000 clients across all major sectors. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Porto, they are looking to recruit German speaking Content Moderators.

The Role

As a Content Moderator for a social media video streaming platform you will review and analyse video content You will be tasked to identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner. Attention to detail is important in this job.

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• Ability to have high attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation desired but not a must
• Ability to multi-task 

Salary and benefits

There is also a fantastic relocation package for those relocating to Porto from outside Portugal: flight reimburseement of up to 400 EUR and a room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills .
