Our partner in Sofia, Bulgaria is looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor for an exciting new project. Are you not living in Bulgaria, but would you be open to relocate and immerse yourself into a new country and culture? Your relocation would be supported by our partner, and in your first weeks you can expect a professional training- and onboarding program.
The role of the consultant includes customer support via inbound calls, chat, email, and social media. You will act as a trusted advisor for our customers, providing accurate and efficient solutions to inquiries regarding their accounts, financial transactions, website navigation, and potential technical issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work in a shift-based system.
- Native- or fluent level German.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills, analytical and ability to work independently.
- Work experience in Customer Service is an advantage, but not a requirement.
