Our client in Prague provides specialized customer service solutions for leading companies across various industries, focusing on high-quality support and tailored services. The team operates in an international environment to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
What you will be doing
- Act as a primary point of contact to customers and answer their questions.
- Consult new and existing customers in the best way possible and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum C1 level of German & English.
- Valid European Passport.
- Strong motivation and a "can do"-attitude,
- Interest of a long term employment.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is advantageous.
