German-Speaking Customer Service Role – Porto Office - Starting Date 09/06/2023

We're seeking those passionate about Social Media Marketing who speak C1 level German, to join the customer service team at an award-winning outsourcing business, representing the largest Social Media company in the World, in Porto, Portugal.

• A Monthly Gross Salary of € 1.400,00 (Basic Salary €950,00 + Language Bonus €450,00)
• An extra €950,00 salary twice a year on top of your normal salary
• A Monthly Meal allowance of € 167,00 - €7,63/Day

• Full-time contract (40 hours a week)

• Working Hours: Between Monday to Sunday – 07:00 AM - 23:00 PM; Rotative shifts; 2 days off
• Training: 7 weeks (3 weeks training + 4 weeks nesting) 9h – 18h (Monday– Friday)
• Workplace: Porto Office Park – Work on site
• Starting Date: 09/06/2023

What will I be doing?

• Supporting business users with their online social media business accounts
• You will support people using this huge social platform and ensure they are monetising their business 
• No experience is necessary as you will receive fully paid award-winning training to make sure your career gets off to the best possible start

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• German C1 level
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email, and web chat
