German Customer Support in Porto – Relocation Package Included

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries with a service-oriented approach
• Assisting customers with telephone banking ID setup
• Card blocking/unblocking and card replacement
• Recording phishing cases
• Processing payment orders
• Providing product information and managing complaints


REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
• Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and active listening skills
• Ability to handle difficult cases independently
• Stress-resistant and solution-oriented
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
OFFER
What We Offer:

• Monthly gross salary: €1100 (x14) + up to €200 performance bonus (x12)
• Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day
• 6-month contract with the option to extend – perfect for short-term or long-term international experience
• Health and dental insurance
• Transport allowance

Relocation Package:

• Flight reimbursement (after 6 months)
• Shared accommodation (optional) for up to 12 months at €280/month, including utilities (deducted from payslip)
• Full support with administration and bureaucracy
