DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: German-speaking Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist
Salary: salary package 1,100 euro gross p/m (paid 14 x p/a) plus fixed bonus 60 euro p/m (paid 11x p/a) plus 7.63 EUR net per working day on food vouchers
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00
Relocation package: Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, Utilities included (Subsidised rent, deducted directly from salary)
Our client is a leading international technology and customer experience services provider, supporting some of the world's most recognised brands. With operations across multiple countries, the company delivers customer support and business solutions to global clients.
For their operations in Lisbon, they are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Specialists to provide B2B support to advertisers.
The Role
You will help business customers troubleshoot advertising products, resolve technical queries and understand product features. Support is provided through email and chat, with a focus on accurate solutions, clear communication and a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing advertiser enquiries and troubleshooting cases from first contact through to resolution.
- Providing support for technical issues and queries relating to advertising products.
- Working with internal Product Operations, Engineering and technical specialists to investigate and resolve complex cases.
- Keeping advertisers informed through regular updates throughout their support journey.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction, service quality and productivity standards.
- Meeting service-level targets and helping reduce resolution times.
- Educating advertisers on product features and common issues.
- Identifying opportunities to improve support processes and the overall user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and English
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns is mandatory.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field desired
- Previous experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in a contact centre or customer support programme supporting an advertising technology company.
- Confidence using social media platforms and a sound understanding of digital advertising.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
