DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs, offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment.
- Drive high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in the company’s offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, technical solutions, and customer success—to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and market changes to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Proactively source new opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and prioritize activities to meet and exceed targets.
