• Drive implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program customers
• Ensure customer success through strong adoption, usage, and engagement
• Maintain deep understanding of product features to guide customers on best practices
• Track customer lifecycle milestones such as onboarding and activation goals
• Record customer activity in a timely manner in the CRM system
