Role Objectives
Join our dynamic team as a German Google Ads Sales Executive, where you'll drive growth for our valued clients in the German market. We're seeking a resilient individual to focus on providing exceptional service-oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. REQUIREMENTS
Engage with clients from the German market, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.
Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.
Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
Requirements
BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.
Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.
Strong customer-facing experience, particularly in a service-focused capacity.
Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.

OFFER
Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 24,310€ gross/year + up to 4,290€ gross/year in bonus
