Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join their growing team in MADRID - RELOCATION IS REQUIRED.
In this role, youβll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying prospects, reaching out via calls and emails, and building strong connections with potential clients. Youβll play a key role in developing the sales pipeline and managing the full sales cycle together with the wider sales team.

The company operates in the SaaS space and has an advanced search solution for e-commerce stores, that can be added as a plugin for thousands of webshop platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and similar. It is a highly advanced search solutions that makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the best products, and it increases conversion rates drastically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within designated markets.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
- Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant B2C / B2B Sales experience required (at least 6 months)
- Native level of German & fluent English (B2)
- Willingness to move to Madrid, Spain at your own expenses
- Willingness to work in a strictly outbound sales position
- Good communication skills
