We are currently hiring Customer Support Agents and Content Moderators for well-known global clients. Whether you're helping users with their queries or ensuring online content meets platform guidelines, your role will be vital in delivering a high-quality experience.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with orders, payments, technical issues, or account management
- Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions, maintaining high satisfaction
Content Moderation:
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards
- Identify and escalate sensitive or harmful content appropriately
- Help maintain a safe and respectful online environment
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile
- Native-level German (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Comfortable using computers and online platforms
- Able to handle sensitive or graphic content (for moderation roles)
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
- Location: Lisbon, Porto, or other locations in Portugal (on-site roles, some hybrid options available depending on the project)
