DESCRIPTION
Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for a German speaking Service Desk Agent in Budapest.
- Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
- Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
- Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
- Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- Fluency in German and English
- You can be a fresh graduate, experience in customer service or IT support is an advantage
- Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
