What will you do?

Support German-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
