German-speaking Video Content Analyst to Lisbon

We are urgently looking for German-speaking video content analysts for the Lisbon location of an international company!

Your area of responsibility

• Reviewing user reports of website content to identify possible non-compliant content
• Identification, analysis and labeling of non-compliant content and deriving direct measures
• Make balanced decisions and help resolve requests according to established policies and procedures
• Leverage market-specific knowledge and insights to drive user experience improvements
• Review of sensitive content (confrontation with inappropriate content such as violence is part of the job)

• Fluent knowledge of German (at least C1 level, ideally mother tongue)
• B2 level in English
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts (5 days a week Mon-Sun, depending on the shift plan, early, late, night shift)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable when learning new processes, concepts and skills
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to work accurately, efficiently and to a high standard
• Neutral stance on diverse video content that needs to be classified
