Key Responsibilities
- Engage with regional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
- Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.
- Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.
- Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)
- More than 2 years of proven sales experience
- Experienced in export digital campaigns. Expert at creating digital marketing strategies for all customers sizes
- Education: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating profound domain expertise.
- Strategic Sales Influence: Decisive, verifiable history of personally navigating complex, high-stakes sales cycles and consistently exceeding ambitious organizational targets. Demonstrated aptitude for shaping market strategy and driving transformational business growth through individual contribution in different verticals
- Executive Client Engagement: Exceptional ability to forge and sustain deep, strategic relationships with C-level clientele, acting as a trusted advisor to proactively solve complex business challenges and dramatically elevate the end-to-end customer lifecycle experience
- Organizational Agility: Proven track record of championing large-scale operational shifts and change initiatives to ensure sustainable high-performance and competitive advantage in dynamic global environments. Excellent resilience and ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Deep understanding of the Israeli market (cultural nuances, business practices, cybersecurity impact).

- Versatility to handle both seasoned and limited-experience clients.
OFFER
- Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 27.215,57 € gross/year + up to 3.265,87 € gross/year in bonus.
