HR Administration and Payroll Specialist France/Switzerland

We are looking for a proactive, focused, and motivated candidate to support the French/Swiss HR Admin & Payroll Team for a temporary 12-month contract in our office in Barcelona.

You will be a part of the European HR Services Team which is responsible for payrolls and HR administrative tasks of 15 different countries and approximately 4500 employees.

Your mail responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Manage HR Administration and Payroll activities for France and Switzerland
  • Respond to incoming HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers
  • Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation
  • Represent France and Switzerland HR Services in local and global projects
  • Collect and prepare reporting to authorities and auditors.

 

These tasks require specialized expertise and knowledge in human resources and process administration. You will interact with company personnel at all organizational levels and will be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in HR Admin and Payroll for European countries, ideally France and Switzerland
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Experience in a multinational environment;
  • Problem-solving oriented and proactive attitude;
  • Strong process documentation and communication skills;
  • Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight production deadlines;
  • Comfortable using HR Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
