For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – HR and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
*Direct and coordinate daily human resources functions while ensuring adherence to local
employment legislation and professional standards;
*Administer the complete employee journey—from hiring and onboarding to performance
reviews, internal moves, and departures;
*Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect the organization’s mission and
strategic direction;
*Foster clear and consistent communication between the local HR function, global HR
counterparts, and cross-functional teams;
*Keep employee files and HR systems current, accurate, and compliant;
*Supervise general office operations, including supplier coordination, inventory control, and
internal events;
*Contribute to finance-related processes such as payroll setup, budget planning, and cost monitoring.
Candidate Requirements:
*University degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline;
*Over 5 years of hands-on HR experience, with involvement in office coordination and basic
financial support;
*Solid grasp of employment regulations and modern HR practices;
*Strong planning and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently;
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset;
*Skilled in using HR management systems, Microsoft Office tools, and entry-level financial software;
*Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and professionalism; HR certifications such as SHRM-
SCP or SPHR are advantageous.
