What You’ll Do (Customer Support Role):
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues and document all interactions
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish
- Good English skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Calm, adaptable, and resourceful under pressure
- Team player who can also work independently
