Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a role in the transport infrastructure industry, based in Porto, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-energy, customer-focused team in a dynamic and growing sector.

Your Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to clients in the transport infrastructure industry.
  • Handle inbound inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Assist customers with their questions, issues, and service requests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and continuously improve processes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Your Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Polish (C2 level) and a good command of English (B2 level).
  • Experience in customer support or customer care roles, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Salary: Approx. €1300/month
Accommodation: Paid €200/month (gross)
