IT Helpdesk Agent - German and English speaking

Mandatory:
DESCRIPTION
  • Providing IT support for our European stores, offices, and logistics centers by e-mail and phone
  • Analyzing and solving IT problems
  • Documenting problems and requests
  • Keeping in touch with the specialized IT groups
  • Conducting software installations, backups, and remote support for technicians
  • Testing new hardware and software
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent German AND English language skills
  • Open to multi-shift operation (additional allowances for shift work)
  • At least secondary education completed
  • Quick-learner and open to new IT solutions
  • Customer-driven and communicates efficiently
  • Works responsibly
  • Has team spirit
  • Relevant experience is not required
