DESCRIPTION
- Providing IT support for our European stores, offices, and logistics centers by e-mail and phone
- Analyzing and solving IT problems
- Documenting problems and requests
- Keeping in touch with the specialized IT groups
- Conducting software installations, backups, and remote support for technicians
- Testing new hardware and software
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent German AND English language skills
- Open to multi-shift operation (additional allowances for shift work)
- At least secondary education completed
- Quick-learner and open to new IT solutions
- Customer-driven and communicates efficiently
- Works responsibly
- Has team spirit
- Relevant experience is not required
