For one of our clients – one of the biggest names in the online entertainment industry. We
are searching for skilled, experienced and customer-oriented individuals for for the role of IT
Support Representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level tech support for hardware, software, and networking issues;
* Respond to incidents promptly and keeping in line with SLA requirements;
* Monitor and manage network infrastructure, resolving performance issues;
* Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment; repair or replace defective components;
* Install, update, and configure software applications; ensure proper licensing;
* Handle network tasks, including connectivity and IP configuration;
* Communicate with ISPs for internet issues and manage Active Directory objects;
* Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and virtualization platforms;
* Administer Windows and Linux, maintain system performance with updates and patches;
* Stay updated with industry trends and pursue relevant training and certifications;
* Document solutions, maintain a knowledge base, and share best practices.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of IT support experience with a focus on networking, Windows systems, and Linux
administration;
* Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users;
* Customer-centric with professional interaction skills and team attitude;
* Strong understanding of network concepts and experience with monitoring and
troubleshooting;
* Proficient in Windows Server environments and PowerShell scripting and experience with
Linux systems and shell scripting;
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V);
* Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
* Ability to document processes clearly; experience with helpdesk systems is a plus.
