Gross salary per month is €990 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment)

Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors.

Job Duties

Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.

Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)

Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.

Essential Criteria

Native level Italian and English.

At least some customer service experience,.

Good general IT skills.
