DESCRIPTION

Location: Athens, Greece

Role: Italian speaking Sales Account Manager

Salary: between 1400-1600 Euro gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday to Friday 09:00 – 19:00

Relocation Package: offered for those relocating

They are currently recruiting for a Italian speaking Account Manager.

 

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will represent a renowned American computer software company specializing in illustration and design software packages. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth software functionality, addressing queries, and maximizing their usage of the software. Additionally, you will proactively explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities while ensuring timely completion of license renewals. Furthermore, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone and live chat from potential new clients, attentively listening to their requirements and providing guidance on various products and licensing options. This is a sales role where you will be working with sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Italian and English
  • Previous sales experience is a must
  • Excellent listening and having a sales mentality
  • Computer literate, experience with illustration and design software a plus 
  • Eagerness to learn and develop

Salary and benefits

Basic salary between 1,400-1,600 Euros gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses.
