DESCRIPTION
- Responsibilities include to communicate with customers responding to their inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone
- Providing how-to-use steps for their newly bought device
- Guiding customers to arrange a repair if needed
- 40 Hours a week (5 days on, 2 days off per week)
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Italian or Spanish speaker
- Good level of English (B2)
- Being communicative
- Have a good soft skills over the phone
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
