Italian/Spanish Customer Service Athens (relocation)

• Responsibilities include to communicate with customers responding to their inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone
• Providing how-to-use steps for their newly bought device
• Guiding customers to arrange a repair if needed
• 40 Hours a week (5 days on, 2 days off per week)

• Native Italian or Spanish speaker
• Good level of English (B2)
• Being communicative
• Have a good soft skills over the phone
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece

• 14 salaries per year
