We’re looking for a proactive and organized English speaker to ensure that the necessary spare parts are on hand to get the job done.
Position Objective
- Ensure optimal availability of parts by maintaining stock levels aligned with current and forecasted demand.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and adjust replenishment parameters based on historical consumption patterns and demand variability.
- Define initial stock levels for newly introduced parts to support smooth product launches.
- Monitor and coordinate supplier follow‑up actions in response to changes in consumption or supply conditions.
- Manage end‑of‑life (EOL) processes for parts in collaboration with Procurement and Product Research & Development, ensuring controlled phase‑out and minimal obsolescence.
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management efficiency and performance.
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Relevant experience in material planning, supply chain, or workforce management could be a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
