What You'll Do:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialize in building and developing a network of employers (clients) and job seekers (candidates) within one specific market, typically focusing on a particular country. Key responsibilities include:

• Cold Calling & Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships.
• Market Focus: Build a network of candidates and clients within one specific country and industry, becoming an expert in that market.
• Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Market Building: Grow your market by developing strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
