For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer

high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Junior Technical Support

*Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions via chat and email;
*Provide basic technical help related to the company`s products or services;
*Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions;
*Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues;
*Deliver professional and efficient support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

*Fluent in Icelandic and very good English;

*Previous experience in customer/technical support is a plus;

*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

*Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

*Good computer skills and quick to learn new tools and systems.
