Lead Generator (German-speaking) - On-site

We are looking for an German-speaking Lead Generator (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

• Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
• Salary starting 22 000 euros gross/year + up to 1500 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Lead Generator in our team, you will:

• Utilise various channels (such as online research, social media) to identify potential B2B leads.
• Research and compile a list of companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts within the industry.
• Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., company size, industry, budget, needs) to determine their suitability.
• Execute lead generation campaigns
• Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
• Initiate outbound communications via cold calls, personalised emails, and other relevant channels.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organise and track leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide insights on lead behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.

We'll be a great match if you:

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English
• Excellent knowledge in IT and technically minded
• Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
• A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance
• Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.
