Norwegian-Speaking Ads Sales Executive

As an Ads Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with Norwegian companies and agency partners to create tailored digital advertising strategies. You’ll be part of a target-driven environment, helping grow the client’s customer base across EMEA while contributing to the evolving online marketing landscape in Spain.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by offering tailored, performance-driven solutions

Provide strategic advice to help clients get the most out of their advertising budgets

Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a great customer experience

Connect with clients through phone, video calls, and email on a regular basis

What We’re Looking For

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Native or C2-level Norwegian and strong English skills

1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising

Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube

Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills

A team player who’s adaptable, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

Genuine interest in marketing, tech, and online advertising, with a willingness to learn

A mindset focused on improving processes and efficiency

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships
