Our Client

What you'll do
- Be the point of contact for customers across the market;
- Conduct reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return;
- Clarify questions related to the product, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options;
- Ensure smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution;
- Support quality service delivery aligned with the brand's mission;
- Contribute to the achievement of the brand's operational objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales (preferred).
